Raccoon Removal Services

In Iowa, it's not uncommon for our cornfed raccoons to get up to 30 pounds, with most raccoons typically weighing 10-20 pounds.  They typically breed in the winter months and the young are born in the spring.  Raccoons are susceptible to the disease distemper and their waste can have roundworm parasites. If you have a nuisance raccoon at your property, give us a call!

Skunk Removal

Skunks typically weigh 4-12 pounds and are known for their powerful defense mechanism (spraying!).  Skunks are a common carrier of the rabies disease.  Even healthy appearing skunks can have rabies.  If you have a nuisance skunk, we are often able to help!

Woodchuck (Groundhog) Removal

Woodchucks, also known as groundhogs, weigh 5-15 pounds and can be active during daylight hours.  Woodchuck's have a tendency to dig tunnels under buildings and cause foundation problems.  They can carry the disease tularemia as well.  We can typically assist with woodchuck problems.

Beaver Removal

In Iowa, we've captured beaver weighing anywhere from 5 to 68 pounds.  68 pounds is a huge beaver!  Beaver often back up water ways by building a dam or plugging a tile.  We've seen beaver cut down fully grown trees and rows of corn in a matter of nights.  If you have a beaver problem, it can be a challenging process.  We are able to assist with beaver removal during non-peak times.

Canada Goose Control

We offer humane goose control services primarily in the Polk and Dallas County area.  The goal of the programs is to reduce the number of geese that use the facility. We've had success with our program even if previous attempts such as scare decoys or other deterrents have failed.

Bat Removal and Bat Prevention

We can remove bats from living quarters as well as implement bat prevention. Bat prevention services are customized for each specific property.

Fox

Fox Removal

We are often able to help property owners with nuisance fox conflicts.

Coyote Removal

Coyotes are at the top of the wildlife food chain in Iowa.  In most scenarios, the mere distant signing of a coyote is not uncommon and an out of season control program is likely not warranted.  Frequent close encounters with coyotes during daylight, attacks on livestock or pets, or frequent activity in close proximity to children are more-pressing behaviors.
